Sourced from CoopeTarrazú, this washed blend of Caturra and Catuai varietals has notes of caramelised pecans and milk chocolate.

CoopeTarrazú is based in the specialty region of Tarrazú, Costa Rica with more the 53 years of experience in the industry. The co-operative works with more than 3,000 producers and 250 mill workers providing exporting, milling and marketing services to its members.

Back in 2006, CoopeTarrazú initiated its Quality of Life Sustainability Plan which aims to implement and improve more sustainable agricultural practices throughout the region. One such is example is the soil analyses that give farmers a better understanding of their land and how to effectively manage the area.

Roasted for filter brew methods such as pour-over, Delter press or plunger.
