This pulped natural Yellow Catuai varietal has a creamy body with notes of peanut and milk chocolate.

Fazenda Guanabara has been owned and managed by five generations of the Ferreira family. This particular lot from Fazenda Guanabara marks one of their first specialty coffee lots after producing commercial grade coffee for many years.

Fazenda Guanabara handpicks their coffee from May through to August before carefully selecting and sorting the ripe cherries. The farm has been UTZ certified which requires the farm to meet a high standard of environmental & social responsibilities alongside good agricultural practices.

Roasted for filter brew methods such as pour-over, Delter press or plunger.
