Finca La Benedicion is a 176 hectare farm run by Luiz Alberto Balladarez Moncada, located in the mountainous region of Nuevo Segovia. Finca La Benedicion is staffed by 100 full-time employees which grows during the harvesting months of December through to March.
The honey process is a hybrid of the washed and natural processes where mucilage is left on the bean before being dried - this results in a more pronounced sweetness and body.
