Varietal: Bourbon

This Grade 1 naturally processed coffee, from the Arsosala Washing Station, has a clean body with notes of sweet lemon and milk chocolate
Arsosala washing station was founded in 2015 that currently serves about 1,200 smallholder producers in the region of Guji. Most of the cherries are of the Bourbon varietal, which is uncommon to the area. Most Ethiopian coffees are typically labelled Heirloom since the genetic variety of Ethiopian couples with the large number of smallholder producers make it difficult to identify specific varietals.
For the Natural-process coffees, cherries are picked ripe and dried on raised African beds, taking anywhere from 8– 20 days, depending on the amount of sunshine available.
Roasted for filter brew methods such as plunger, pour over or Aeropress.
