For the novice or to re-calibrate existing barista skills, we go back to basics in a comprehensive session from bean to cup. Espresso, milk texturing, basic recipes and cleaning are all thoroughly covered.  

This is an intensive one-on-one two hour session that aims to introduce participants to the background of espresso production as well as give them first-hand exposure to the practical elements behind a cup of coffee. It is also a fantastic opportunity to get behind the scenes of the industry and see what’s really involved in a cup of coffee.

Once you have purchased, one of our trainers will be in touch to arrange a date. Training is held at the Mojo Roastery, 37 Customhouse Quay, Wellington. Unfortunately we are unable to run training from our Auckland locations.
