Fazenda Cachoeirinha farm is run by Paolo Flora and was established by his grandfather in 1943. Sitting at an altitude of 1080m, the farm produces coffee cherries of the yellow catuai varietal. Cherries are then prepared using the pulp natural process, resulting in a coffee with notes of mandarin and caramel, vibrant acidity and a sugar cane finish.
