MEET DANIEL, OUR MANAGER
I got into hospitality as a short term option to help with my aim of travelling overseas. I pretty quickly realised that I really enjoy the fast pace and constantly changing scenarios which hospitality throws at you on a daily basis. I also enjoy meeting different people and getting to know the regular customers. In a cafe setting, you can really get to know your customers as you will see them in all sorts of moods as a good coffee goes well no matter your mood.
