This course is ideal for individuals seeking a career in the hospitality industry. Learn about extraction, how to steam velvety microfoam and pour latte art, recipes, workflow, time management and how to be a great barista.
You will also learn about the world of filter coffee, including a pour over demo at The Beanery.

Learn the basics of what makes a great cup of coffee from bean to cup in our interactive two-day course. For those wanting to up skill for part-time work, going on an OE, or just wanting to learn some new skills.

Designed for young people looking at the hospitality industry for future work options, this hands-on course will give you practical experience, workplace confidence, and 11 NZQA Level 2 credits.
