Just WOW!!!

This short course FAR exceeded my expectations and is excellent value for money.
As i write this i'm sipping away at what I consider to be a cafe quality ( or better ) coffee in my dining room made on my mid range Breville Machine... and I am a fussy self confessed coffee snob. I had used YouTube to teach me the basics, but after doing this two hour course, the difference in my confidence and ability to make a really good cup of coffee is substantial.
The team a Mojo were welcoming and friendly, and the course was fun and went at the perfect pace to maximise the time we had. In saying that, Lisa did go over time and worked into her lunch break to get my machine properly dialled in and ready to produce a 'cafe quality' brew :)
I walked away with significant knowledge about the whole science of coffee making including an intro to latte art!!!
I can highly recommend this course for those who want to make good coffee from the comfort of their own home.
