This one day Barista Workshop is the perfect way to learn the basics of coffee-making. You'll learn the fundamentals of espresso extraction and milk texturing, as well as the art of creating beautiful latte art. Our experienced baristas will guide you through the entire process, from grinding the beans to pouring the perfect cup. With the skills you learn, you'll be able to impress your friends and family with your coffee-making skills. Plus, you'll have a great time and make some new friends in the process. So come join us for a day of coffee-making fun and learning!

Coffee manual and Mojo certificate of completion.

Shared platter for lunch provided.

A great experience for any home barista

My partner and I had a great experience at the Saturday workshop.

Having two trainers and nine participants, a highlight was the one-on-one time with the trainers and the detailed feedback they gave us. Katrina and Lisa are friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly experienced trainers – we thoroughly enjoyed our time with them.

Getting to spend the majority of the day practicing on the professional equipment was also a huge plus.

I’d highly recommend this workshop to any novice to intermediate home barista. I would consider myself an intermediate, but I still learned so much and truly enjoyed the experience.
