Want excellent coffee for your next event in the Wellington region? Hire our coffee equipment, benchtop, cart or caravan.

All prices include equipment hire, coffee, cups/lids and friendly staff if required. If you are looking at hosting a larger group or wanting to hire our equipment for more than four hours, get in touch with us and we'll work closely with you to create tailored packages for your event. Equipment hire is subject to availability.

Filter Coffee Bar

Filter Coffee Bar

Filter style coffee is brewed through an easy-to-use coffee machine into large, insulated pump pots. Comes with complete operating instructions. 1 pump pot holds 10–15 small cups of coffee (approximately). Available for half-day and full-day hire.

Events under 60 people

To set this up
You will need a 10amp PowerPoint (standard) and a table where the thermos and brewer would sit (ideally 1m in length). You will also need your own volunteer/person to brew the coffee on the day.

From $225+gst includes 1 batch brewer and 2 pump pots for 4 hours, coffee, cups & lids.

Espresso Coffee Benchtop Set Up 

Espresso Coffee Benchtop Set Up 

A benchtop can be set up on-site serving Espresso-based coffee. A Mojo Technician will transport, set up and pack down the benchtop and espresso machine on-site. Benchtop dimensions: 1.8m long x 0.8m wide x 1m high. Available for half-day and full-day hire.

Indoor events under 100

To set this up
We advise a minimum of 3 x 10amp plugs or ideally 32amp, 3 pin PDL 56 series plug power supply within 2 metres etc. We require one of our Mojo baristas to operate this machinery.

Cost
From $1200+gst includes coffee benchtop equipment for 4 hours, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk, sugar, cups, lids and a friendly barista.

The Mojo caravan is a mobile unit that serves espresso-based coffee. A Mojo Technician will transport, set up and pack down the caravan on-site. Available for half-day and full-day hire.

Recommended for
Both indoor and outdoor events (depending on the size of the venue) looking to serve from 200 people.

To set this up
You will need a 32 amp single phase PDL plug within two metres of your set-up or have an extension cord. A petrol-powered generator is available for hire if you do not have a power source. We require two of our Mojo baristas to operate this machinery.

Cost
From $2200+gst includes caravan for five hours, 200 cups of coffee, tea or hot chocolate, milk, sugar, and two friendly baristas. Additional charges will apply for every cup thereafter.
