This course is for those wanting to upskill for future employment; university students looking for skills in part-time work, going on an OE, refreshing some old skills or just wanting to learn some new ones.
Learn the basics of what makes a great cup of coffee, from bean to cup, in our interactive course. You’ll explore espresso, milk texturing, essential recipes, and how to keep your machinery and tools organised.
In a hands-on, short two-day session, students will be introduced to the background of espresso production and gain first-hand exposure to the practical elements behind a cup of coffee. It is also a fantastic opportunity to go behind the scenes of the industry and see what’s really involved.
