Learn the basics of what makes a great cup of coffee from bean to cup in our interactive two-day course. You’ll learn about espresso, milk texturing, essential recipes and how to keep your machinery and tools tidy.
In a hands-on two day session, students will be introduced to the background of espresso production and first-hand exposure to the practical elements behind a cup of coffee. It is also a fantastic opportunity to get behind the scenes of the industry and see what’s really involved.
