For the novice or to re-calibrate existing barista skills, we go back to basics in a comprehensive session from bean to cup.
This is an intensive one-on-one two-hour session that aims to introduce participants to the background of espresso production as well as give them first-hand exposure to the practical elements behind a cup of coffee. It is also a fantastic opportunity to get behind the scenes of the industry and see what’s really involved in a cup of coffee.
